Quick support

Run the portable app. No installation is needed for a normal session.

1. Download RustDesk from its official releases page.
2. Open it and share the displayed ID and one-time password with your Perpixel contact.
3. If the app is not ready, open Settings → Network, unlock network settings, then enter the server and public key below.

Ongoing access

Install RustDesk on this computer to enable access after restarts and when nobody is signed in.

1. Install the official RustDesk app.
2. Set a dedicated permanent password under Settings → Security.
3. Make sure the RustDesk service is installed and running.

Only enable this on a computer you own or are authorized to administer.
